I won't bore you too much with a recap of my issues since Dec 23 2022.
Needless to say I have had major issues trying to PUBLISH my website the hosting service I had Register.com was useless as far as support and so even though I had just paid for a full year of hosting I purchased with another company Canadian which I like since I am also in Canadian jurisdiction.

With the new server I have managed to get my PRIMARY website published, \ because of all the hassles It really is only a very limited TEST site I don't want to go to any trouble building until I know ALL my add-on domains are publishing and working as they should.

So the situation is:
My Primary website will publish fine!

However, my "add-on" domains of which I have three won't publish. I have tried to publish more than two dozen times.

My hosting service confirms, I have all the correct information in my WWB ftp information and when I hit the "PUBLISH" button I get the message "PUBLISH SUCCESSFUL" I can also access the remote server through the WWB ftp "explore options.

Bottom line here is that WWB says publish successful yet my server support tell me that NO files have been transferred.

After four months, and two hosting services I still don't have my three ADD-ON websites published.

I don't know if this publish log will tell you anything but this was the last "publish" log. Any and ALL help is much appreciated.

The error log to indicates that you are publishing to the wrong remote folder or the software cannot get permission to change to the folder.

I can only help you with this, if I know the exact configuration.

If you send me your FTP configuration login details then I am sure it will be easy to solve. This can only be a configuration issue, so you do not have to worry that something is wrong in the software..

I want to Thank Pablo for helping me with my publishing issue, which he resolved in about two days of emails, thus confirming that direct communication is far superior to almost all other forms of support services.

Pablo's resolving of my issue confirmed also that TWO (not one) two hosting services provided me with incorrect ftp configurations and each of their support programs failed to resolve my issue causing me several months of stress and frustration since Dec 23, 2022, not to mention over $500 of out of pocket expenses.
