Besides web design, does anyone offer digital marketing services to clients? A broad topic, but does anyone have any thoughts on what to offer that adds value in addition to/along with a website? Any resources or information to point to? Thanks in advance?

I partner with a friend's company for Google search and display ads, simple videos for website and social media, text marketing.
I do most of the production work for the display ads, and the videos. I also do some ecommerce.

You may consider video editing/creation for youtube or clients own website.

Anything the generates cash flow - PPC ads would be at the top of my list. Then SEO if you know how to do it right. Possibly email or sms marketing. You can build a win/win with clients because the more quality leads you bring them, the more they lean in to your services.

I don't really consider website design marketing unless it's seo focused. I do consider lead page creation marketing and thats deff a different approach to design.

Social really requires a very personal touch - most of the services offered I find provide useless images or low quality videos that a billion other accounts are doing. So i'd only do this if you can offer really great content creation that can generate real likes and movement in the clients account. Personalized spokes person videos, etc.
