Form not sending email

Hallo.
I have created a website for an institution where potential students are required to register online. I have set the page properties to php. When I test sending a message from the website I am not receiving the messages in my email.
The website is http://newsite.lukenyauniversity.ac.ke/ ... n-Form.php
Kindly advice me on where I made a mistake.
