Restoring files from Backup (Documents on PC)

I really messed up. I uploaded the wysiwyg files from my pc to a web hosting domain, and then in error deleted them. the only wysiwyg files i have on my pc are in the Documents folder. How can I put them in a folder of their own on my pc? Is there any way to restore the jpg files that are contained in my wysiwyg files?
