Help Me With My Responsive Page Mess

First of all, let me just say that I am using an older version, version 11. The problem that I have is in creating a responsive site. I have a small three-page site, and when I look at the pages on my computer that I publish, everything looks okay. I look at it in a number of different browsers, including Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. Like I said, when it's on my computer, everything looks good. The responsive works just fine. I've got three different points, 320, 768, and 800. Everything looks okay when I'm looking at the published files from my local publish folder.

But when I upload it to my hosting, it's a total mess. Everything that I've hidden building in responsive appears on the page. Does anybody have any idea of why this happens? What am I missing? What am I doing wrong?

I have built the 320 size with copied elements from the other two, since the font size was reduced greatly, and seems to affect the larger sizes when resizing to the larger page sizes. Is that what I'm doing wrong? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Note that version 11 is very old and no longer supported. Version 11 is not compatible with modern browsers.

If the site does not look the same as on local preview then you may not have published all files.
And make sure you clear your browser cache.

Also, a 320 breakpoint may not be very useful because most mobile devices have a larger screen.

I would also say it doesn't make a lot of sense to have a 768 and 800 breakpoint. There is only 32px difference between the 2. I would choose the 768 and remove the 800 breakpoint.
