Lost back up files

I am the webmaster for a voluntary group and due to catastrophic disaster I have lost all back up files for the groups website is there any way of importing html files into Wysiwyg 12 (we can't afford to upgrade to the latest version) as this would save me from having to rebuild the site from scratch?
