Hello

Have an external form that I put in the Html module and placed in a Layout Grid but the form is showing outside the grid and not using the grid for placement.

Is there a reason it is not staying in the grid or being responsive to the page.

You need to set the html box to not use a div. As it is, you have a fixed width and height to it of 789px x 39px.
