Ecommerce front end needed

I've got a WWB online shop that has evolved over time so it has many products across over 200 pages.
This has all been manually entered, no database.
This is the shop, www.sovereignsuperbaits.co.uk

So my problem is, the whole shop is now outdated and not responsive.
What I am looking for is to find a suitable ecommerce front-end with database where I can slowly move products onto the new database one page at a time, so short-term both the old pages and new pages can co-exist, interfacing to the same backend, Mals e-commerce.
Is this even possible? All suggestions welcome!

Maybe one of these solutions will be useful?

Many thanks Pablo, that looks like a very useful list for me to research :)

we use ecwid.com and it works nicely embeded into a wizzy (webbuilder page)

it is simple to setup and use and has most features our clients need.
