Site Search - Specific Folder

Is the site search only GLOBAL? I'd like to filter out results from other directories. I have selected "do not index" on pages and they are still showing in results.

I got it. I excluded pages. However, after the change the defaults I set weren't storing in page properties. I haven't updated since the last version of 18.

Did you republish the entire website after making these changes?
