I have created a Hotel Booking form, very simple, says successfully sent by the original email is not being received or the CC copy to me.

Built-in webbuilder 15

Only 3 pages Main with form and Success and Error pages

When filled out and sent I get a successful message but the email is never received.

I checked with my server and I saw that was advice you suggested to another user with a similar problem but they say it is the developer.

Note that version 15 is no longer supported. It may not be compatible with newer browsers or server software. For example, it does not support PHP8.

If I upgrade to 18 so you think that will solve the problem? The server is adament its a software problem.

That is what they always say!
However, if it was an issue in the software then all other users would have the same problem and it would have already been fixed after all those years, of course!

So, I doubt that the problem is directly related to WWB.
It's more likely a configuration issue, either in the form itself or on the server.

If you need further assistance, then please provide the log information as mentioned in the FAQ.
There is no way to solve this without knowing what the exact (server sided) error is.

99.99% of the time that the host always tries to blame it on the software when it is there side. Did you read the url below from 'Emails are not arriving in my inbox...' You need to check with your host server to ask if it requires you to use PHP8 first as WWB15 dies not support it. As before please read the url first

Yes have read the post, but a lot to digest and could be a number of things. The other site on www.nice-bike.com still sends and receives bookings for bikes and it is more complicated than the Sunmoon booking form, both are hosted on the same server and built with webbuilder 15.

I will upgrade to 18 anyway about time I did.

I can only help you, if I know what the exact error is. Every server need different configuration.
You will need to ask your web host why the email is not sent (by the server). They can look this up in the log.

This is most likely configuration issue. But if you do not know what is wrong then you cannot fix it...
