Ie just bought and downloaded 9 but my 18 projects i can not save in 19 and when i preview whole thing crashes PLEASE HELP

Did you install the latest build (11/27/2023) ?
Did you add webbuilder.exe to the exception list of your virus scanner/firewall?

if that does not help then please share a demo project and describe the exact step to reproduce this behavior

Did you reboot the PC after making these changes?

tried that as well am i supposed to uninstall previous versions ?

I have downloaded the latest build 19 and this is the problem, also it is having problems showing font awesome and all my files are stilll labeled 18 not 19 should i uninstall 18 ?

Do you mean that the update does not work for you?
Are you sure you downloaded and installed the latest build which was released a few minutes ago?

FontAwesome Icons seems to work correct in the project you have shared. Did you publish all files?

The file icons is system configuration and has nothing to do with update. You can set file associations in Windows settings.

If you need further assistance, then please try to be more specific.

WYSIWYG Web Builder 19.0.0 (64-bit version) that is wht i downloaded

The link is as already provided above by Pablo..but here it is.. I would remove all previous installs and clear all cache so to ensure you have a clean install.

Step 1
Uninstall version 19

Step 2
Remove any previous downloaded files from your computer

Step 3
Clear your browser cache.

Step 4
Restart your computer

Step 5
Download the latest build here:

Step 6
Reinstall the software.

If that still does not work, then it's most likely an issue with a firewall, virus scanner or Windows anti-ransomware protection.
For example, it is quite common that Windows anti-ransomware protection does not allow access to the documents folder because it does not understand that the new version is the same software.
To solve this, add 'webbuilder.exe' to the exception list.
