no error, just doesn't show spotlight lightbox option to select from gallery

Are you sure you did install the lightbox correctly?
Do you see it in the list?
If not, then you have installed it in the wrong folder.

Yes, but there are different folder for 32bit and 64bit.

If it's not in the lightbox list, then you have installed it in the wrong folder.

In that case, you will need to install it in
C:\Program Files\WYSIWYG Web Builder 19\lightbox\spotlight
