Hello,

I see that Google webmaster tools is not finding my internal links to a page from other pages, I wonder if i do not implement the internal links correctly?

I have been using:

1. simple "Link" aka hyperlink inside articles texts

I wonder if i should add "Title"? or even "Rel" in the link properties? been using nothing so far.

I just know i should use Rel if the link is to another site, as nofollow.

2. Using Cards as buttons

I have been having good internal links between pages, but in Google webmaster tools, when i inspect pages, google only finds the page in Sitemap, and not other pages, as referrer.

Should i do something else to help Google find my internal links and pages better and properly?

Did you enable the site map?

Of course Sitemap is published.

What do you mean by "Enabling" ?

The Site map can be enabled in Tools -> Sire Map

Other than that I do not think you will have to do anything special for internal inks, unless they have made up new rules that I do not know about...
