Today I was working with 3 files

AA-Grapevines1.html
AA-Grapevines2.html
AA-Grapevines3.html

I Cloned #1, and that gave me (2) AA-Grapevines2.html files

Do you have a DEMO project?

I just did a test:

index.html
page1.html
page2.html
page3.html

Cloned page1.html and got:

index.html
page1.html
page2.html
page3.html
page2.html

EDIT:
It's a feature in WWB 19's Site Manager:

- New feature: When you clone a page where the page name ends with a number, the cloned page will have the same name but with the next higher number. For instance, if you change 'product1' it will turn into 'product2'.

You should not get a duplicate page name.
When I try it, then I always get a unique number.

It seems to work correct in your project.
Can you please describe the exact steps to make it fail?

I tried it myself and it works correctly for me.

AA-Grapevines1

Cloned: AA-Grapevines2 and got:

AA-Grapevines1
AA-Grapevines2
AA-Grapevines3
AA-Grapevines2

I can reproduce this

I made an animated GIF movie of it, this was after a reboot.

Yes, however, it looks like KingSparta has page extension enabled. This was not mentioned in the report. That is why I keep asking for a demo project...
