Hyperlink text is look like normal text when previewed

How to fix this issue? I am using bulleted list. Each number contains hyperlink. When previewed several hyperlinks looks like normal text without links.
I already typed it normally and added link but still when previewed i got small normal text without link.
What did i do wrong?

There is too much content in the project to know where to start looking.

Done. I already uploaded the simple file. The problem is on the page "ilmu-tenaga-dalam" under artikel_penting. Please check again. Thank you.

To which exact link is this related?
What do I need to do to see the problem?
Can you please be more specific?
Also note that version 16 is no longer supported.
