Re: Create a new website using the wizard
Which options did you use?
Did you select the 3rd optio?, if yes did you configure the OpenAI key?
Does it work with the second option (no AI)?
Please try to be more specific.

Re: Create a new website using the wizard
I have used the three options, the first works well, the third if you configure with the AI button also works, but with the second option is when the error that I already mentioned appears. I have tried it on several computers and the same thing happens.
Re: Create a new website using the wizard
In that case, the file 'wizard.dat' is missing. Your virus scanner may have accidentally removed it.
Did you try to reinstall the software?
The file should be in the Program Files folder.
c:\Program Files \WYSIWYG Web Builder\wizard.dat

Re: Create a new website using the wizard
Hello, I have tried installing the program again and the same thing happens. I tell you that the Wizard.dat file exists in the corresponding directory and I have viewed it and it contains data. I have also disabled the antivirus in case it affected something and the same thing continues to happen. I have updated to version 19.0.4 and the problem does not solve either.
I am attaching the data of my version of Windows in case it is of any use:
Windows 11 Pro Edition
Version 22H2
OS version 22621.2861
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0

Re: Create a new website using the wizard
What is the exact error when you run the wizard in 19.0.4?
The same for Windows ransomware protection.
Also, can you please describe the exact step to make it not work?
What is your input?
Where exactly do you get the error?
Please try to be as specific as possible because no one else has reported any issues with this.
This usually does not work, you will have to add 'webbuilder.exe' to the exception list.I have also disabled the antivirus in case it affected something and the same thing continues to happen. I

Re: Create a new website using the wizard
Good afternoon, I have been able to solve the problem by completely uninstalling the application and cleaning the Windows registry by searching for the program keys and deleting them completely. Then I reinstalled the latest version of Wysiwyg Web Builder and it worked perfectly and the problem now exists. Thanks and regards.
Re: Create a new website using the wizard
Ok, thanks for clearing that up!
Re: *** SOLVED *** Create a new website using the wizard
Good morning, today when I try the wizard again, the second option - Create a new site using the wizard again gives me the same error that I already reported. I have tried several computers I own and the same thing. I don't know what it could be anymore. I have tried installing in Sandbox and it works fine there,
Although it cannot be tested if it would work after resetting because all the information is lost. Does this happen to anyone else?

Re: *** SOLVED *** Create a new website using the wizard
If it did work yesterday then it cannot be an issue in the software because the software works the same each day.
I still think the file is either blocked or removed by your firewall, virus scanner or Windows ransomware protection.
Can you please describe the exact step to make it not work?

Re: *** SOLVED *** Create a new website using the wizard
Hello, I have already solved the problem, after trying several things I realized that the problem came from the latest translation to version 19.0.4 that I am doing and it is the one that created the error, I tried with version 19.0.2 and It worked fine, I looked for the problems that generated the error and in the end I already have version 19.0.4 tested and functional. I will send you an email with the version 19.0.4 file. Thanks and regards
