I got a new laptop for Christmas and did a laplink transfer of the files. The wysiwyg web builder (v19) has gone back to having the logo at the bottom of the page. I couldn't find where to bring up the activation screen to enter the key/serial number. I even uninstalled the older version and installed the latest upgrade to 19.0.4 from the web page (thank you, Pablo, for that) and still no activation screen appeared. I have a valid v19 license and key. Maybe a key stuck in the registry?

Any help would be appreciated.

Please see the following on how to remove the logo. How do I remove the 'Built With' logo from a page? If that doesn't work then you will need to contact Pablo ,at orders@pablosoftwaresolutions.com for help to resolve.

Thanks for the reference, BaconFries, but the problem is that I can't get the activation screen to appear. (The hint you gave said the first thing you need to do is bring up the activation screen. ARGG!) The laplink software appears to have populated the registry, so there may be a hidden key there that is preventing the activation screen to appear. (I am not happy with Win 11. I'll leave that gripe for another time.)

Anyway, it looks like I will have to pester Pedro on this, but I'll wait till after the holidays.
