need to reactivate product (wsywygwebbuilder v 19.1.1)

Hello. I installed wysiwygwebbuilder on my 2nd computer. It was originally in demo mode. I'm sure I activated it (purchased license in the beginning of January). Today it seems to be unactivated. How do I reactivate it? I checked and I have connectivity to wysiwygwebbuilder.com and wwb-support.com. I am using the latest version 19.1.1

Please advise.
