Cannot Preview page in browser

I have 3 breakpoints - 768 - 485 - 360. When I preview pages in browser before uploading, the 360 page will not preview, nor online. Yet when I check on my mobile, I can see it. Is this due to a setting within WWB, a setting in Chrome or is a setting in my desktop computer? Not a huge stress but irritating.
