What do you mean by 'docking' layout?
Did you mean 'flexible'?

If you place the Lottie animation in a layout grid then it will become flexible, just like most other objects.

What do you mean by 'docking'. What does 'docking' do?

If you mean 'flexible', then please check out this template:

Or else try to be more specific.

Do you mean 'sticky'?

In that case, place it on a sticky layer or inside a (fixed) page header.

sticky from LAYER
this is not adapt because there is "Orientation: must to choose : top - left, top - right, etc etc this mean i can't free choose position like as image that i did put in wwb..
fixed from PAGE HEADER
this is not adapt because there is block TOP, i can't move it in page wwb..

i think any item (lottie, image, text, etc) add operation "position": fixed, static, relative, absolute, sticky in STYLE (object properties) this is example...

A Lottie animation does not support this functionality, you will need to place it on a layer.
