There is a big problem: the main file of my site does not want to open. Error: An unknown error occurred while accessing the file. No recovery program could restore it. But there were no current copies of the file, so I really need recovery.

Generally when you cannot open your project it means that there is an extension(s) missing. Please ensure all extensions are installed. Are your %100 sure you don't have a backup? More on backups see the following
How to backup (and restore) projects?
You can also simply do a system restore of your PC to a specific date that should have a working project and as previously mentioned ensure all extensions are installed.
Note: If you do not have the project (.wbs) then it is possible to import the html files but this will only import text and images no scripts etc will be brought in.
Import HTML

What exactly did you do before the file stopped working?
Did you try to open a backup?
Which version do you use?
If you need further assistance then please try to be more specific, or include a link to the project file so we can check it.

Thank you for your answer and support. All what i've done before - just save the file and close the programm yesterday. I have no back up, and unfortunately i have no system restore of my PC. Today I've visited the organization which restrore files, but they answered, that my file is fragmenteded into small pieces in NTFS and it is impossibly to recovery it.

Unfortunately I cannot open the file either. Part of the file seems to be missing.
Are you sure you do not have a backup?
Didn't you enable the built-in backup option?
UPDATE:
I have been able to recover some data from the file. Although I am not sure if this is the complete file?
