What I see in wysiwig is not what I get in browser

No, it ist not the problem how different browser interprete the html:
At this example

there are several textboxes all with the same style difinition. In wysiwig they are looking fine when selcting the differnt breakpoints, the text is shown as in the StyleManager - definition 'txt_box' described.
But if it comes to publish at least the font size is chaotic:

I have seen this behaviour in several projects, even if I start from scratch:
new responsive text, type in the text, select the style.

Where exactly do I need to look to see the problem?

The text differs though I have used the same style definition.
wysiwigwebbuilder shows the text correct:

yes, and I delete browser cache before publishing

Hey, on the first look 19.2.1 in comparison to 19.2. seem to work!
I will do further testing and report.
