I would like to make a floating button

that floats on the bottom of the page no matter if you scroll up or down.

this way I can make call It "Go To Top Of Page"

I think in many official wwb templates we already have it. It is usually a layer which is anchored or bookmarked to the header. even if instead of an icon if you put the button inside then it would be required for it to be inside the layer.

there are a couple of extensions that can do this very easily.
