Missing something about using Templates

Hi Everybody,
I've missed something about installing a WYSIWYG template. I want to use the templates not only for inspiration but also to study how they are built.
In any event, I can
download layoutexperiment2.zip.
Create a directory in C:/users/myName/Documents/WYSIWYG Web Builder/system/templates/ called Layout Experiment 2
Extract the zip file to: C:/users/myName/Documents/WYSIWYG Web Builder/system/templates/Layout Experiment 2
That directory will contain only layout_experiment2.jpg; layout_experiment2.wtp; license_agreement.txt.
There is no layout_experiment2.wbs file to load into the WYSIWYG Web builder interface. What have I missed in all of this?
