When I attempt to install 19.3.0, I get the following error message.
An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory.
The system cannot find the file specified.

This is most likely an issue with your firewall or virusscanner.
Please add the setup to the exception list.

It was already on the exceptions list. I checked and made sure it was still there.
Windows Protection History said WYSIWYG was blocked today. I told it to allow access.
That made no difference. I still get the same error messages when attempting to install.
Then I attempted to reinstall version 19.2.1 that was received on June 5. No problems.
My PC still cannot install 19.3.0. I need more ideas to get it installed.

Did you unzip the zipfile before clicking the installer?

When you say it is still there are you referring to version 19.2.1? if so then that is
not the same as version 19.3.0. Note that each version is slightly different than the previous. So even though you gave/have permission to 19.2.1 it doesn't apply to 19.3.0 So to install you will need to give it its own "New" permission. Also you may have to temporarily disable your AV software/Windows Defender/Ransomware.

In that case, it is clearly a system configuration issue. The setup itself has not changed, it is just a newer version of the files.

Thanks, disabling the ransomware protection solved the problem. Installation successful.
