Does anyone else have an issue when designing a long webpage and web builder on lets you scroll to a certain point?

I'm designing a webpage but web builder on scrolls down to a certain point and wont scroll further down. I need to make the zoom like 20% and then I cant see what I'm editing. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

Are you aware that you can set the viewport (page size) in the page properties?
The page size determines the scroll area in design mode.
You can also use the size handle on the ruler to increase the page size.
