i have one form with one editbox and one button.Ive inserted one dialogbox for pop up message after button is submitted for showing sucess message.I also created one sucess page.Form target is set to dialog box and sucess page is set to my sucess page, but when i press submit button it shows me index main page .I dont know how to set this up maybe some suggestion ?thank you

no i only preview it on my browser

and one more question, only the index page should be set with php doc type or sucess page also ?

Forms do not work in preview. You will need to publish the page to a web server to test it.
