Afficher une fenêtre dialog sans effacer le fond d'écran

Post by jolijojo »

Bonjour,
Question pour un débutant Français.
je n'arrive pas à paramétrer ma fenêtre de dialogue en superposition de la page précédente.
La fenêtre s'affiche bien mais ne conserve pas le fond de la page.
Merci
Essai de traduction de ma question

Attempt to translate my question :
Hello,
Question for a French beginner.
I can't set my dialog window to overlay the previous page.
The window is displayed well but does not keep the background of the page.
Thank you

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.
Also, please include a description how to reproduce this problem.

I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

For further details about how to share a project file, please see this FAQ:

(French) Je désire afficher la fenêtre test en superposition du fond d'écran.
(English translation) I want to display the test window overlaying the wallpaper.

Thank you

When you are providing a url/link to your google drive you need to make it to the file itself and not the folder as you are doing.
See the following:
https://support.google.com/drive/answer ... %3DDesktop

If you still can't do this then it may be easier to upload the file to Mediafire and share the url

"test message" is just a link to another page, so the browser will load the other page. It will not place it on top of the current page.
If you want to dialog to be displayed on the current page then the dialog should be part of the current and triggered via an event (show).

You can easily add objects to the dialog by dragging them on the widget. This works the same way as for layers or forms.
To be able to drag & drop objects to the dialog, first make sure it's large enough so the objects can be dragged on it (the dialog object should be larger than the object you're adding). A blue border around the dialog indicates that the dragged object will be come part of the dialog.

Ok, now i understand.

I enlarged the page, copied the DIAOLG window at the bottom of the page, noted its name then I returned to the menu and it is in EVENT + onclick + Show + the name Dialog1 that the link is made.
Well a big thank you, it is not always easy to understand software in English, the translation into French is useless because the examples are with the English menu.
I watch your videos on youtube, they are often old like the online help, the logic is not always obvious because the versions have evolved a lot.
Still happy to make myself understood here, thank you for your help Pablo.

LAYOUT GRIP + FORM + SETTING SUCCESS PAGE ou ERROR PAGE
A form cannot be part of a Layout Grid but you can set it to be a form.
See the following:
Can a form be added to the Layout Grid
In place of using a Success page and Error page you can use a Popup.
See the following;
Creating a Form with a popup confirmation
