Unwanted Object Descriptions Started Appearing on Objects

Hello,

Any built-in object that I use such as a line or box suddenly has a text description, plus the object is outlined in red. How do I turn this off? I've checked every setting I could find and searched the Help and found nothing. This feature is very annoying. I must've turned it on with some sort of shortcut key, but not knowing what it's called, I don't even know what search term to use to look it up.

Looks like you have enabled the option 'highlight non responsive objects'

As for the text description on objects (ID), you can turn this off by going to:
Tools --> Options --> Grid and Guides --> uncheck the box for Show ID on layers/forms
