When will youtube shorts (& live) be supported by the youtube tool? Youtube videos work fine, but youtube shorts result in "youtube failed to connect".

figured this out. take the shorts URL, change the "shorts" part to "watch". go to that in browser. the browser URL will modify itself from what you entered. copy that new address and use in the youtube tool.

For now can't you simply copy the embed code from the you tube shorts and insert it into wb via the html tool?

Thanks for that tip about YT Shorts. I was going nuts trying to find a workaround and yours worked perfectly.

same works for links that have "/live" mid-URL, change "live" to "watch" and navigate there. The updated URL in the address bar will be embeddable!
