We are trying to install on a pc , win 11 pro, i7-7700hq which is can only run up to 21H2.
Is this not enough for version 19?

We get an error message about appropriate permissons not allowing the pc to open the program.

This is most likely an issue related to the firewall or viruscanner configuration.
Make sure 'webbuilder.exe' is on the exception list.

Yes, thats what I thought. We did that and it got to the reg page. So problem solved.
