I do not have [online examples] and [online templates] displayed in the "Select templates" window ("New website from Template" menu). The first time this window was opened, a log file window appeared. I closed it and then, on subsequent attempts, nothing is displayed in the window. I understand that the antivirus is blocking it. How can I solve this problem? I would have sent you the log file, but I can't find it.

What should I tell the antivirus to allow access to [online examples] and [online templates]? There is no such problem on the work computer and everything works fine (but only Defender works on it from antiviruses).

I think your firewall is blocking the connection.
Please add webbuilder.exe to the exception list. The connection is standard https (port 443).
