Version 20 download links not working

Post by emrlabs »

I just upgraded to version 20 and none of the download links work! They lead to a 404 page and now I've used up all of my download tries and never received any products. I've been a registered user since version 9. :?: :(

Do you mean the links to extensions you have received from the reseller?

In that case please contact the reseller directly. I have no control over these links.
https://www.2co.com/#contactUs

If you mean the software itself then you can download this here:
https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/download.html

Or else use this contact form so I can sent the files manually:

I thought that I was purchasing the extensions directly from WYSIWYG. I would not have paid for the extensions if I knew they were from a third party. None of the 2co links work and they don't respond for support help.

They are not from a "third party" they are sold from 2co on behalf of Pablo just as the software is...
