I’ve recently upgraded to WB20 (latest version 20.0.2) from WB19, however, I’m having problems with the Justified Gallery and Justified Gallery Pro extensions, neither of these show any lightbox options. I have checked and the lightboxes are in the correct folder location and they do work as expected in Photo Grid.

Could you confirm whether the Justified Gallery extensions (pro and normal) are compatible with version 20 please ?

I looked at that topic and duly moved the Lightboxes to the correct folder; however, this made no difference - the list of lightboxes is still empty when using the Justified Gallery extension, but present when using the built-in Photo Grid. The lightboxes were moved to '...documents/WYSIWYG Web Builder/system/lightbox'.

The extensions are in '...documents/WYSIWYG Web Builder/system/extensions'...is this correct ?

If the list is empty then the files are in the wrong folder.

The extensions look for the lightboxes in the program files folder. If you still have version 19 then you can copy the files from there.

Hi, I'm still not getting this right, you say that the extensions look for the lightboxes in the ‘program files folder’, but earlier it was stated that the lightboxes need to be in “…\documents\wysiwyg web builder\system\lightbox”, which is not located in the program files folder.

I have checked again, the lightboxes are located in the following folder “…\documents\wysiwyg web builder\system\lightbox” as per your notes; the extensions are located in “…\documents\wysiwyg web builder\system\extensions”

If I use the Photo Grid then the lightboxes are all listed, however, if I use the extension ‘Justified Gallery’ the is nothing listed under the lightbox menu.

Am I missing a step between these two ?

The software expects the lightboxes to be in the document system folder
The extensions (which have not been updated) expect the lightboxes to be in the program files folder.

OK – think I’m understanding this now:

So for WB20 the lightboxes need to be in TWO places:

1/. In “…\documents\WYSIWYG web builder\system\lightbox” - I have ensured the lightboxes Oglightbox and spotlight) are located here and this is why they can be seen by the Photo Grid in the software.

2/. But I also need to copy the same lightbox folder to the WB20 Program Folder at “C:\Program Files\WYSIWYG Web Builder 20\” – now the lightboxes show up in the Justified Gallery extension.

So in future, any lightbox that I may add needs to be placed in both locations ?

Yes, until the extensions have been updated.
