Article Changes Not Showing With Update

Post by mlsto »

Hello

With this new update I duplicated an article and added the changes to the Title and Text body but in the software it shows as the duplicate article, no changes show in the the program.

When I preview the page in the browser the changes show.

Have to close the software and reopen to see the article changes in the program.

Not sure if only me but using the "Article" in the Miscellaneous section.

Thanks.

Do you have an example project, so I can see all your settings?
Also, please provide the exact steps to reproduce this behavior.

I stripped down the project with only the articles.

Duplicate an article page, change some text like the Subject and the text Body you will see it doesn't show the changes.

It shows when you preview in browser and when you reopen the software.

Thanks, I will look into this.

Although I don't think you will have to restart the software. Just a move or resize of the object should redraw it.

The sleuth in me wonders if this is anything similar to the issue I had with cards the other day not appearing in the right place without a manual refresh of the object ... Just a thought.

No, this has nothing to do with cards.
It's just a small issue related to the new cache functionality in 20.0.3

The issue should be fixed in today's build (2/2/2025)
