What's the problem? Just type your long item as follows:

Sub Item 2 with<br>a long name

Do you see the "<br>"?

I'm actually interested for [rz] Fix Header-Footer, but I do not see the topic so I will ask here.

So, [rz] Fix Header-Footers works only on horizontally centered page?

I ask because I do a page that looks like it is centered but the objects are actually aligned with [rz] Align Object, so I wonder whether [rz] Fix Header-Footer work on it?!
