preview and publish to teh local machine has teh same error

Out of the blue, yesterday, when i was previewing some changes that I made, the address bar of the browser shows this:

file:///C:/Users/Mike/AppData/Local/Temp/preview/Landscapes.html

The browser window does show the color of my page, but it is blank.

The above error is also displayed when i publish the site locally, and when I view the published site.

I can see and edit my page in my version 20 of WYSIWYG, but preview and generation seems broken.
Is there some corruption that I can recover?
I have completely cleared my cache, rebooted, etc.
Is there other stuff in TEMP that have an affect on the program?

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.
Also, please include a description how to reproduce this problem.

I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

Have you deleted the system's temporary folder?
