Why are links underlined?

I don't want link text underlined. I chose "underlined never" in the index-page properties menue and "make this page default". The program well took the colours I had defined. But the links are still underlined.

How can I switch that off?

Did you select 'update all existing pages'" when clicking 'Make default'?
That seems to work for me with your project.
