dynamic content that refreshes once a day?

just a general question,

can Web Builder 20, do some form of "dynamic content", meaning a page or an element on a page,
that changes with each visit, or after a pre-defined time, like once a day,
and then showing for example, a new updated page / link / button etc.

i basically would like to have a page / download button
that keeps rotating through a list of pre-defined sources,
so that the bandwidth does not get exhausted,
by only showing just 1 page and same link.

any ideas how to simplest do it?

There isn’t a standard solution for this, as it’s a very specific requirement.
You’ll need a custom script—any script that works in other environments will also work in WWB.
