Login Object question

In the login object setting under "Error Page" I would like to insert a URL to another .php on my server instead of choosing a page from the list.
Is this possible?

It has to be somewhat simple, I'm learning.

You can only select internal pages.

But, you can select an internal page and use the redirect option of that page to go the an external page.

I was thinking of trying that, but aren't there people who don't allow redirects?

Redirect is standard browser functionality.
But you can also add a link to the external page, just in case the redirect does not work for some reason.
