Widget Positioning: The chat button and box can be positioned on either the left or right side of the screen.
Customizable: Offers customization options, including the ability to set custom pre-filled messages to speed up customer interactions.
Responsive Behavior: The extension intelligently detects the user's device and opens the correct WhatsApp application—web.whatsapp.com for desktop or api.whatsapp.com for mobile devices.
Customizable UI Elements
1. Welcome Messages: Supports multiple, customizable welcome messages (e.g., "Welcome to our website! ", "How can I help you?")
2. Default Message: A pre-written message that the user can send immediately (e.g., "Hello, I want to get information about the products.").
Does this extension offer the ability to have a customised logo pop up when the agent is online (as per Tawk. To)? If so, then this might be a nice alternative to what I currently use. Interested to see how customisable it is.

The Pro version offers those feature.
Oh, OK - thank you. I'll stick to what I have got, then (no spare cash for paid add-ons at the moment).

I did an experiment on this widget. I used wwb purely to make the widget, no custom scripts was needed other than the time. So 99.99% WWB's current ability I used for the widget, no custom css was needed. I think if tried anyone can make whatsapp or other type of widget using wysiwyg web builder without needing any 3rd party widget.
You can write message and even send it from the written message, and it will direct you to WhatsApp web.
Content not viewable in my region, it says, but I was able to view the demo via the link.
You say this was made 99.99% with WWB - what was the 00.01% that wasn't WWB?
Are you willing to share how you did it?

@Ali this is because imgur.com (image sharing) has been so to put it banned in the UK so hence you will get this message as will anyone in the UK. It won't affect the demo because it is from wwonderfulls host/server so that's why it works.
Thanks for this. Bit of a bummer for anyone in the UK, though!
I did realise that the URL and the missing image were not links to the same thing, by the way - the URL is enough to see what is being described, and I'd love to know how to do it, as not having to use any 3rd party would be great.

I updated the image link seeing the matter. It should work now even for uk. The 00.01% is just the time which shows current time when page loaded. Although I wanted it to be dynamic as a clock but that's for more enhancement.
I can make it more animated or modern looking if I want but I just wanted to do an exact or close to replica of what people usually see. So that the design looks familiar.
The experiment was for demonstration so people can truly see how amazing the software is for those who master its ability.
I am going to ask can we not offer the solution within wixilys thread as it can be seen as "Hijacking". Any solution should really be made in its own thread/post.
