WYSIWYG Web Builder 21.0.3 update

WYSIWYG Web Builder 21.0.3 fixes reported issues and includes other improvements.

- Improved: Added 'Mobile View' to classic menubar.
- Improved: Re-enabled content clipping for containers (like in WWB20).
- Improved: Forms using dialog as target now check validation before showing the popup.
- Fixed: Issue with Navigation bar (fixed) width.
- Fixed: Photo Grid does not upgrade custom layout from WB20.

How to update from previous 21.x versions?
1. Download the latest version here:

2. If you already have version 21.x you can install it in the same location as the previous version.
