Trouble with link in Preview of webpage
I'm having trouble linking an external website from an image on the preview page and the live website. The link is to a Big Cartel website with custom domain. The link goes to the browser but then it doesn't come as follows: When I add the link https://newearthmusic.com, it strips out the https and the site won't come up because the connection isn't secure. When I add the link www.newearthmusic.com, it says "website not found". But if I add either of those to Chrome, newearthmusic.com link is successful. Any ideas about this?

www.newearthmusic.com is coming up as a sub-domain but it is supposed to link to an external website in the link configuration

Re: Trouble with link in Preview of webpage
This is what your link looks like:
https://newearthworkshop.org/www.newearthmusic.com which doesn't work obviously.
Is 'https://newearthmusic.com' a separate domain? if so, then the link should just be this url. What are you actually typing in the URL field?
However, if I put https://newearthmusic.com or https://www.newearthmusic.com in my browser neither works. Getting page isnt working right now and that your page is redirecting me too many times.
Whether your site is secure is based on your SSL and make sure it is configured correctly to cover your entire site whether using the www or not in the url. Do you have the correct code in the .htaccess file to handle this?

Re: Trouble with link in Preview of webpage
Thank you...well I made a change at Godaddy and maybe it hasn't propagated. I appreciate hearing it didn't work for you to help confirm it's not something on my end. The host is Big Cartel and the domain is with Godaddy.
What is strange it the link https://newearthworkshop.org/www.newearthmusic.com was created by adding a link to an image to an "External Website" and instead it is coming up as a page. The links I've tried are https://www.newearthmusic.com and https://newearthmusic.com and get the same result.

Re: Trouble with link in Preview of webpage
I don't know why the link was going to a page instead of an external website. I deleted the image and set it up again and now it works fine in preview mode and after I uploaded website to cloudflare. I've had a lot of trouble with Chrome lately....!
