youtube video tutorials
I used to work in WYSIWYG WEB BUILDER like 15 years ago. Now I´ve purchased it again to build a "drag and drop" web. However I´m totaly lost. Absolute lame, I´m sorry. Please, is there any youtube tutorial or something like "let´s create new web step by step" or any possible youtube WYSIWYG "academy" like serial or something for cases like me? Thank you very much for possible help!

Re: youtube video tutorials
I´m sorry. I´m just a beginner. Some guy, who would like to start (again after 15 years), but don´t know where and what´s going on at all.
Tutorials are great. I saw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9ths91hE7g f.e. It´s nice.
But I miss something like "let´s show it now practicaly". Something like "real time video" with comment, showing (step by step) starting - creating - saving - and publishing new website. Is it anywhere yet?
Possibly few different videos showing real time work - creating new web site (f.e. something absolutely easy like "one page rolling web", something more complex with menu (pages, subpages) and something where man could see in real time, how to build quickly and easily absolutely outstanding web pages (like "let´s show some gadgets now" video).
But... basicaly... something like "Welcome video", showing WYSIWYG Web builder practicaly in real time work, for absolute noob / lame / or VERY old fashioned guy like me would be great.
+ some real time video describing WYSIWYG Web builder space like in tutorial but more profound with comment (what is where and what is it good for).
THIS WOULD BE SO HELPFUL FOR ME (and possibly it might open path for newbies more wider, giving them courage to use web builder - see PPS below).
PS: one more question. I see, there is a wizard in web builder. Would it be possible to implement something like VERY EASY MAKER of web pages? I think, that web builder would be then more attractive for begginers like me. After creating quick web in "super easy mode", man could use (already implemented) "easy mode" and then standard tools.
I don´t mean just templates, but something joyfull - simple, quick and clear.
Easy mode is nice, but you see... I´m sorry very much again... not easy enough for me in the beginning
Thank you.

Re: youtube video tutorials
There are also videos for creating websites using layout grid, how to publish, how to use easy mode, how to use blocks, how to use the site manager, how to use links etc.
Please look here:
https://www.youtube.com/@WYSIWYGWebBuilderOfficial
There is no hands-on video showing the complete process yet.
It takes a lot of time to create these videos, so currently there is only a new video every two weeks or so.
But for each topic there is a dedicated written tutorial:

Re: youtube video tutorials
Hi Tomas. There is a guy "Greg Hughes" that did video tutorials for the licensed software "90 second website builder" that in fact was "Wysiwyg Web Builder", the only difference was the name. It has gone some years since he finnished that busines but he did some really good videos that in fact works ok even today. They goes thru the most common and important functions of Wysiwyg (90 sec) in a very easy to understand way.TomasR wrote: Mon Sep 14, 2026 8:41 pm I´m sorry. I´m just a beginner. If you link to his webpage you just scroll down thru the videos and the tutorials comes a bit down, but there they are and I think you will have a great pleasure of them:

Cheers
Ps... "BaconFries" had the link in his post but maybe I must point out that you must be in the videos section of the youtube channel to find them... Ds

Re: youtube video tutorials
Maybe I won't be liked for this but even with all the video tutorials and tutorials already available it will still require you to have a degree of flair or imagination, input to produce the final results. This is something that cannot be taught it is something that comes from you.
What the tutorials will do is to provided you with guidance to produce the end product but as mentioned it will require input from you such as the best use of colours, fonts, images, content etc this is purely your choice but it can be suggested to help you to get the best out of everything in the software and put it to its best use.
You can buy paint by numbers but it won't make you a Picasso or a Monet or buy any of the worlds top chefs cookbooks but it won't make you a Michelin star chef. The same applies with the software or any software it is how you use to the best you can.

Re: youtube video tutorials
Yes, I see, thank you for reflection. I used to have a "flare" with WYSIWYG v.3 or so...
) But that´s 18 numbers far away
) So basically. Need some spark to set flare on fire again. You know what I mean... So some "hand on videos" with comment in addition to AI generated tutorials. Won´t it be? It takes just 30 - 60 minutes no more. I´m sure for somebody who knows and can... Worthy 60 minutes in my oppinion. Isn´t it?

Re: youtube video tutorials
My thoughts - To achieve a simple website is really quite easy, even to a novice like me - the very concept of drag and drop. I found the templates very helpful to get an understanding about how things work. You can look at the settings and see how things have been done and eventually amend them as you learn. The trick is to start with a simple template design and gradually progress to the more complex ones. Of course it cannot cover everything but its a good starting point. Without a background in web design you are not going to build an all singing, all dancing website in a couple of days. The thing about programs like WWB is that there are several ways of achieving things, so I would guess there can be no such thing as a simple tutorial from scratch because people will use different elements to achieve an end result. Read the help files which guide you with the different options.

Re: youtube video tutorials
Your welcome. I think Greg is one of the most pedagogic and well structured tutorial producer I have seen, so I'm sure if you get the tutorials in the right order it will work out fine.TomasR wrote: Tue Sep 15, 2026 3:49 pm Thank you brynj for comment. Re: youtube video tutorials
Tomas, I understand what you are asking for about. I started at 14 and watched many hours of video, as mentioned here, and read most of documentation.
If you would like, I would be happy to do a short screen share/zoom with you to help get you jump started.
Another Wizzy Developer that has done a number of good youtube videos, including getting started, is Dapson Ishmeal. Probably over 30 videos and one step by step series that are short 1 to 2 minutes.

Re: youtube video tutorials
Hi Onlye, thank you for Dapson Ishmeal videos recommendation! They are great as well!! I appreciate very much your offer of help. For now I´ll try to get through video tutorials that you and Bluesman recommended to me. For now it would be disrespectful towards you, taking your valuable time, if there´s a way of learning by watching videos. However, if you would agree... May I ask you for possible help in the future if needed? I mean - when I learn basics, there may be some questions, which tutorials won´t answer (possibly some deeper work in WYSIWYG). Would you be willing to help me afterwards if I´d ask you (possibly via FB?)? Thank you very much again guys!
