Using WYS v. 21.2.2 - Win. 10
I use two Win. 10 computers (one in my office, one in my shop) and run my sites on both, keeping both WYS's in sync with careful backups and restores. Been doing it for years with no problems.
The problem is that today on the Shop computer WYS was working just fine earlier. I closed it but when I re-opened it and made a Layout Grid on a blank page the enitre right side of the grid commands - "Add", "Remove", Edit", "Visiable" all the way down to "Padding bottom" and "Settings" was gone!!! The left side "Horizontal", "Veritical, and all the way down to "Overflow" was still there. I can send screenshots of what I saw. The office computer is fine.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing the program -> same thing. Uninstalled it again, deleteted the Documents > WYSIWYG Web Builder file and restored it from a backup. Same thing. Then I tried to find a way to get rid of any WYS program history and found some more and deleted it. The reinstalled all again. Still same thing! It always remembers my extentions, setup and keyboard shortcuts (that's great) but it's pretty useless if I can't use it.
Is there a way to completely completely clean this Office computer and start from scratch - if that what it takes.
? something got corrupted? Been using since v14.
Is that what I have to do?
Thanks for reading all of this.

Here is a link to what I see.

Thank goodness it's only on one machine. Can you make anything out of this? I did all of the normal things in between (turn computer on and off, uninstall and re-install, clear browser cache, delete Documents>WYSIWYG Web Builder folder and all files, etc.)
Thanks Pablo

Re: Sudden change with Layout Grid
It looks you have maximized the screen outside the view.
Can't you just resize it?
or else reset it to the default size by removing this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\PropertySheet
Make a backup first before deleting anything!

Re: Sudden change with Layout Grid
Hi Pablo,
All fixed. My son the resident computer wiz clicked the system title bar at the top of the UI and everything went back to normal. I don't know how that happened but all is well now.
Thanks for your trouble.
