Will not load properly after latest update

As my title says, Web Builder loads but hangs on Not Responding after new update installed 20.3.1. Tried updating again with no change.
Any ideas please?

Did you add the software to the exception list of your firewall and virusscanner?

Thanks Pablo. I was about to check that when I thought I would try starting the programme one more time, and when I did, it loaded the project file OK. I have tried it a few times since and with different projects, and it starts every time.
A mystery.
