Using a SINGLE 1000x1000 JPEG or PNG.
On the web it will be displayed at 200x200.
When one clicks on it, I want it to be displayed at full 1000x1000 resolution in a popup.
Is this possible using the Image or Picture tool, or must I use the Slide Show tool ?

You can use a lightbox to show a larger version of the image or else you can implement it via events.
