Hi,
I have just reinstalled version 17 on a new computer but any new downloaded templates do not show in the 'New Templates' install screen. To test I created a new folder under Templates and it showed up but not my downloaded template .wtp files.
Reloaded WYSIWYG each time.
Any ideas why not showing.
If it has something to do with the older version is there a way of checking the template version before Loading.

First please note that support for version 17 has ended.
Also note that most recent templates will not work in WWB17.

But maybe you placed the files in the wrong folder?

When you visit the template section it states at the top of each page what version they are availble for...
"Templates for WYSIWYG Web Builder 20 and newer
Templates for WYSIWYG Web Builder 19 and newer
Templates for WYSIWYG Web Builder 18 and newer
Templates for WYSIWYG Web Builder 17 and newer"
