New website - how to make a dashboard

Hi Pablo.
When making a website - is it possible to make a dashboard so that the customer/user can go in and edit text - change/add pictures/videos - add more pages etc for the whole website?

Also look at editable content. I used this with a number of customers. The editable part is limited to specific defined sections but works for most of my customers. The majority of their sites are static.

There are no specific tutorials for making a 'dashboard', but isn't what you are asking basically a CMS?
