On the version 21, has anyone experienced a disappearing hamburger when they "use theme" vs. not using the theme with the same color scheme where the burger stays visible?

I am not aware of any issues with a hamburger menu otherwise it would have already been fixed.
Do you have a DEMO project?

Can you please share a demo so I can take a look, it may just be a setting.
Or else it's something that needs to be fixed.
